Make sure all spa appointments are completed prior to your appointment. This would include manicures, pedicures, facials, brows, and waxing.
Any injections should be planned at least 48 hrs prior. Discontinue use of retinol products 3 days prior.
Shower, shave and exfoliate 24 hours before your appointment for perfect prep! Use a glove or mitt for exfoliating and skip any sugar scrubs.
Use only a gel based body wash. Skip brands like Dove, Olay, and Tree Hut.
Showering or shaving too close to your appointment can interfere with how your skin absorbs the solution.

What to do and wear:
Avoid applying deodorant, lotion, perfumes, and makeup.
Cooling prep towel + mini removal kit available by request. This is perfect for those who need to wipe the day away or didn’t have time to prep properly.
Wear loose dark fitting clothing to your appointment - I recommend long sleeves & sweat pants to easily move around.

First 12-24 hrs after tanning:
Do not get wet, or participate in any activities that cause sweating prior to your first rinse.
To prevent stained palms, refrain from touching your body or face while your tan is developing. If you’re sleeping before your first rinse, wear long sleeves and pants to prevent any potential transfer to your bedding.
Rinse at your designated rinse time. Do not use soap or exfoliants.
Water temperature should be lukewarm. If you see streaks after getting out of the shower, hop back in and use your hand to guide any leftover bronzer off. Pat dry with a towel.
After 12 hours, apply lotion to keep your skin hydrated. Choose a moisturizer that is free of mineral oils.
To prolong the life of your tan - stay hydrated & apply lotion frequently.

Make it last 7-10 days:
Avoid long hot showers, saunas, and pools that can cause your tan to fade faster. Skip loofahs or exfoliants during future showers. Don’t use Dove, bar soaps, or oils - they’ll cause bad blood with your tan. Pat dry with a towel to maintain evenness of your tan.

I recommend one - two days before any trip or event so that it will last as long as possible.

How long a spray tan lasts will vary based on person to person.
Generally they will last anywhere from 7-12 days with proper preparation and aftercare.
There are many factors that contribute to how long your tan will last including your hormones (that time of the month), medications, skin conditions, solution used and more.

Please wear dark, loose clothing and avoid any tight waistbands.

Undress to your comfort level. Some clients like to go nude, wear underwear, or utilize the complimentary disposables I provide.
A disposable thong will be provided, in addition to pasties, a hairnet and hair tie.

Avoid oil based products. These create a film on your skin which will interfere with the adherence of the spray tan solution.

Every tan is customized based on your skin tone and goals!
Personalization is the secret sauce because we are all unique in wants and needs.

Please DO NOT get wet, or sweat while you’re marinating.
Best practice is to avoid working out for 24 hours while your tan continues to develop.
